Organize staff for catering events in minutes
No more WhatsApp chaos, Excel sheets, and hours on the phone.

Does this sound familiar?
Hours of begging
You chase staff in countless WhatsApp groups and chat with freelancers instead of taking care of your customers.
Last-minute changes
Short-notice cancellations and no-shows throw your event planning into chaos and cause pure stress.
Stressed employees
Outdated lists, lack of information flow, and constant changes stress not only you but also your employees.
Planning. Finally simple!
Cater.Work is the first platform built specifically for the needs of the catering industry. Here is how it works:
Invite staff:
Using a personal invitation link (QR code), your staff can create their profile in Cater.Work. They specify possible roles (chef, waiter, runner, driver, ...) and their availability.
Create an event:
Create your event in Cater.Work and define the required staff by role.
Confirm staff:
Our smart agent instantly matches your event with available staff and handles communication. You confirm applications and communicate directly with the team when needed. If someone cancels, the agent automatically finds a replacement.
For all future events, step 1 is no longer required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to the most important questions about Cater.Work
First, you create a profile for your company and define the roles needed for your events (service, chef, bartender, security, musician, etc.). Then you send your freelancers an invitation to register via a special link on Cater.Work and specify which jobs they want to be invited to in the future. Factors such as roles, location, and time play a major role. Each freelancer can define when and in which region they want to be available. Longer absences such as vacation or university stress can also be entered. That's it for the setup! Now you can enter your events in Cater.Work and the appropriate staff will be automatically invited. You just wait for enough confirmations and confirm the team - DONE!
NO, this is a very important limitation of the solution. Your staff belongs to you! Registration only works in one direction: From the catering company to the freelancer via invitation link.
YES, if a freelancer receives multiple invitations from catering companies, the freelancer sees all events in one overview. However, what is not possible is that the freelancer actively searches for jobs at other catering companies. This only works through the invitation.
You see an overview per event of who will be working there or has worked there. You can easily send this list to your accountant. Direct check-in and check-out is not possible.
Everyone has their favorites, and that's how it works in Cater.Work too! You can rate your pool internally, and when selecting staff, higher-rated freelancers are preferred. This way you always have your optimal staff on site. Should there ever be serious problems with a person, you can block them so that no more jobs are sent. However, the freelancer will not be aware of your internal rating or the block.
This is (unfortunately) part of the catering business. Bad weather or pandemics can prevent events at short notice. If this happens, you simply enter it in Cater.Work and the team will be informed IMMEDIATELY via push notification and email. Conversely, if a freelancer cannot come, they enter this in Cater.Work (with a reason) and the Cater.Work agent immediately and automatically searches for a suitable replacement. You will of course also receive messages from Cater.Work if there are problems with the team. Should staffing needs change at short notice, the agent will also automatically adjust the team and inform everyone in time.
On the Enterprise plan in Cater.Work, staff can record worked hours (check-in/out), and you receive a detailed hours list per staff member and event, as well as per month (still in progress).
Onboarding is intentionally simple: employees receive a personal invitation, register in just a few steps, and can then complete their profile and immediately see available events.
